Scissors: Nature's man-made marvel.

Doom Bunny's Final Fantasy-esque reference went brilliantly; I lolled quite hard, although I was a bit astonished that Fancy Dog had morals: maybe this journey of self-discovery you people have led him on has made him grow as a canine. You've given me something to think about. (Not really, but you know).
PART with COLOR this time? Oh, that's just fantastic. That gives it, like, a WHOLE new element, if you know what I mean. I could sit there tolerating it for almost three seconds longer now.
The other parts were fun and entertaining, and in true Fancy Dog style.
I agree with Nugit about the concept for a Fancy Dog Halloween entry. I'd have a LOT of love for that.

BobtehLog responds:

Fancy Dog is a better man-made marvel then scissors. Thanks for the review!

Classic Fancy Dog.

I'm particularly loving the part in which the sailor hat was editted into the introductory animation. It's probably the most randomly ridiculous once, hence why I love it. Also didn't mind the use of The Village People's song 'In the Navy' because that song is freaking hilarious. Brilliant Fancy Dog episode, can't wait for the next. <3

BobtehLog responds:

Thanks for the great review, and the next should be out tomorrow~

Poor Fancy Dog.

He's so very self-conscious, isn't he? You would think that public urination is a sign of deep, interpersonal confidence, but inside he's a very insecure, vulnerable canine. (Wipes away a tear). It's almost inspiring how well he covers that up.

Anyway, moving onto seriousness here, I'll have to be amused at this myself, but I rather liked the MSN conversation the best. It made me literally laugh out loud. Very frank, very honest. Brutal. And thus hilarious. The amount of time it took for fancy dog to shit on the customers in Dan's part made me cry, though. It felt like the longest *insert-however-many-seconds-it-was* of my life.
Great submission though, the last few have really been better.

BobtehLog responds:

I am glad you enjoyed it c:

Fived.

I'm really loving the Fancy Dog series. I've watched all of them so far. This entry was probably one of the best, I'd have to say. I particularly enjoyed the mime scenario; classic, it rains elitism over everyone who watches it. The yo-yo trick was also well worth watching for the lol-factor that it undoubtedly has.
<3 Much love, I'm thinking that one day Fancy Dog will be very, insanely popular. When it does, I'm so buying the merch that will follow. xD

BobtehLog responds:

Yay, I can make $10!!

But on a more serious note, I am glad you are enjoying the series and I hope Fancy Dog does get that popular.

Also, that was DoomBunnys first flash. Pretty cool, right?

(Sighs)

Well, see, I'm mixed in my viewpoint, because there are actually some modern anime which are amazing despite some of the vastly ridiculous anime that are out now. When you're talking about the modern era of Naruto, Bleach, YuGiOh GX (And GX only, because hey, the original YuGiOh was awesome), Duel Masters, and you know, a few others, yes, there is certain degree of stereotyping and whinginess there, but it tends to happen in most plotlines.
But then there's some of the good modern anime, like Chobits, Fruits Basket, Lain, Death Note (I saw someone saying Death Note is bad down there, it's not true; I'd wager that Death Note has only developed a cult hate following because of it's insane popularity), Excel Saga (How is Excel Saga not awesome? It's so random and spastic), Midori Days, Vampire Knight, and a whole list of others I've seen.
No, it may not have the same charm as the oldern anime like Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Tenchi Muyo, Yu Yu Hakusho, Ranma 1/2 and all that, but there are qualities in it relevant to today's youth and it's entertaining none the less. Anime is an art form, and thus, it is subjective; each individual makes up their own mind about it. I may hate anime like Bleach, Chrono Trigger, and Neon Genesis Evangelion, and love anime like Dragon Ball Z, Death Note and Vampire Knight, but I'm going to give the next anime fan the right to hate and love what they want - even if it is as bad as Bleach, Naruto, or even worse, Duel Masters.
To each their own, you know?

I lolled.

That's absolutely hilarious! You're right; the 'Who's That Poke'mon?' segments WERE far too easy. I mean, a kid would have to be pretty much living under a rock to not be able to guess them. Still, nice going, fitting that particular poke'mon (don't want to spoil it for people who're reading the reviews before watching it) into a jigglypuff's silhouette. Good job. Loved the authentic music - made me reminisce about how cheesy and awesomely lame everything back then was. Ahh, the good old days, am I right? xD
Much love for bringing back a few memories.

Well I'm glad you got a bit of a laugh out of it. :) And nostalgia lane is often quite scenic. :D

Brilliant

This was absolutely gorgeous; loved the design of the background, characters and the lovely, slow yet effective animation. You really have a flair for graphics and movement. The music choice was also pretty fantastic; the band sounds familiar. Care to let me know what the song is? I'm getting curious now. Still, this just looks mind-blowing and breath-taking. Definitely one of the best dark-themed flashes I've seen in a long while. If you're working on your manga/anime style, then this is a wonderful example of it. It most assuredly made my day.
<3 Much love for the flash skills you undoubtedly possess.

Wow. Just wow.

Alright, I've been absolutely sick to death of all the Madness flashes that've been posted during Madness Day, and I haven't been exactly pleased with the majority of them, but yours was amazing! It was fantastic and really well done; the music went perfectly with the style of animation and it was definitely resembling an epic music video at most of the points. I was most impressed by the originality of it; it wasn't just mindless knife-throwing or gun-toting. This had power, it had alternatives and the whole thing was just a great combination of imagination and effort. Seriously, I have to give you a big thumbs up, five star congratulations, especially with the time you took to make it.
<3 Much love for the skills you obviously possess.

I seriously lolled.

This was absolutely hilarious; really good animation and character design, even if it was very simple and a little bit sketchy at times. I loved the innuendos in the song and everything that was implied. The best part was trying to figure out what cover-up they were going to use for the next implication, and how you were going to draw something to match it. When she rubbed her eyes, I was a bit "o.O" cause it was right on the borderline there with graphics, but you pull it off. Great job, this definitely deserves the amazing rating it has so far. Front page? Let's hope so.
<3 Much love for the fantastic idea.

..You, sir, are a God.

I don't think I've ever seen a M&F parody before: this was absolutely a master parody! Yes, us girls are a bit weird when it comes to bodily functions, although I don't think the M&F girls are a very good representation. Hilarious flash, I couldn't get enough of it - it's so weird to think of someone actually caring that much about M&F, though. I mean it's a fun game but to start getting all *drool-moan-drool* about it is a bit of a strange idea. Loved the ending; I laughed so hard. I'm assuming that his mother's dead, if he's thinking she can watch him? Yeah, well, she mightn't be too proud of him, haha.

But yes, you explained perfectly the kind of obsession people get over the game, the stupid yet addictive logic it has, and the underlying perversion and illness that consumes those who choose to play it. (Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, heheh).
<3 Much love for the brilliant idea.
